Overdose
Fentanyl overdose may lead to severe health complications
may be fatal. An overdose of Fentanyl or the Duragesic
Patch may be very serious. Seek medical attention immediately
if you suspect a Fentanyl overdose. The greatest risk
is Hypoventilation, or the slowing or stopping of breathing.
A few signs of an overdose are very slow breathing and
severe drowsiness causing the victim to be unresponsive.
Other signs may include cold, clammy skin, pinpoint pupils,
slowed heart beat or low blood pressure.
Quick thinking is key, if you suspect an overdose, contact
poison control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 911 immediately.
