Fentanyl Addiction / Fentanyl Dependency

Fentanyl addiction develops over time and is due to the long term use of Fentanyl.

Fentanyl has a high potential for abuse and may lead to physical or psychological dependence. Your tolerance to Fentanyl may develop quickly, and is usually identified by the need to take more Fentanyl to produce the same analgesic effect. The rate of tolerance varies from person to person. Any deviation from the prescribed amount may lead to addiction and/or dependency.

Do you:

  • Take more Fentanyl than prescribed?
  • Feel that you are unable to quit using Fentanyl even though you have a sincere desire to do so?
  • Feel anxious about getting a prescription filled, or fear running out?
  • Feel that more social and professional activities take a ‘back seat’ to the use of Fentanyl?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any or all of these questions, you may have a Fentanyl addiction and/or dependency. Learn more about the Waismann Method of Rapid Detoxification for Fentanyl.
